Dr Sinéad Kelly-Keating

Dear Patients,

It is with regret that we inform you Dr Sinead Kelly-Keating will be leaving the practice on the Friday 29^th July 2022.

Sinead has been a valued member of our medical team for the last 9 years and has looked after many of our patients over those years.  We are fully aware that this will have an impact on you, our patients, and we would like to reassure you that we will do our utmost to look after you after Sinead’s departure.

We would like to wish Sinead all the very best in her future career.
