Covid Vaccine
Please register with the HSE online portal when your age cohort becomes available. It is the quickest way to get your vaccine.
Covid Test Referrals
You can now book a Covid -19 test online. If you are over 16 years of age, live in the same area as the walk in test centre and have not tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 9 months.

GP Blood Appointments
Connolly Hospital has resumed their lab service for GP’s. We are currently working off the list of patients we previously cancelled first before opening the appointments to future bookings, we hope to have this up to date asap.
If you have any outstanding blood results or radiology results please contact our Practice Nurse at her designated phone in service which runs from 12pm-1pm Tuesday to Friday.
Smear Appointments
Smear appointments have recommenced from Monday 24th May however we have been advised to expect a delay in receiving results.
OPD Routine Referrals
This was hugely impacted by the HSE Cyper issue. It is now back up and running and we are able to refer to outpatients once again. During the cyber crisis we held off sending routine referrals to Connolly Hospital however we are now working through sending them off now. You will have been notified at the time by your GP that your referral was held on hold with us, when we send yours we will text you to let you know your referral is now gone.
