Parks Covid-19 update

Dear Patients

As of Sunday 15th March we are cancelling all booked appointments. 

If you need to see a doctor the following will apply

  1. Telephone the surgery on 01 8203303.
  2. You will be asked what your medical issue is by one of the secretaries
  3. This will be triaged by one of our GP’s
  4. You will either receive a telephone consultation or an appointment

If you have an appointment

  1. Park outside the surgery
  2. Ring 01 8203303 to let us know you have arrived or use the buzzer in the inner porch.  
  3. The inside porch door will remain closed from now on.
  4. We will communicate to you either by phone or through the intercom

For prescription requests/pick up of scripts/ social welfare certs, requests for signing any medical forms

  1. Please ring for your order, please DO NOT drop into the surgery
  2. You will be phoned when your script/paperwork is ready.
